Ben Fernandez is an experienced family law practitioner. Ben accepts briefs in relation to parenting and property matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Ben also accepts briefs in criminal and civil law matters.
Before becoming a member of Murray Chambers, Ben worked for the Solicitor of the Northern Territory and for the Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission, specialising in Family Law matters and Care and Protection applications for government clients.
Ben is ready to accept briefs at various stages of matters including advice/review only, trial and appellate stages in the following areas:
- All family law related disputes
- Criminal law trials
- Civil debts and disputes
- Care and Protection
- Domestic Violence orders
