Areas of practice
Raelene was admitted in 1992 and practiced as Crown Counsel for the Northern Territory until she joined the independent Bar in 1999. In 2013 she relocated to Perth to take up a year appointment as President of the National Native Title Tribunal.
Raelene has since returned to the independent bar, resuming her national practice. Raelene specialises in appellate advocacy, native title, mining law, administrative and constitutional law as well corporation law. She also has an extensive advisory practice.
