Areas of practice
Sally is based in Adelaide but appears in all Australian courts and tribunals. Sally has a diverse civil practice including insolvency/bankruptcy, corporations, common law contract and tort, equity, competition and consumer law, employment and industrial, insurance, construction, contested estates, private international law and administrative law.
Prior to her legal career Sally served as an Intelligence Officer for many years. Sally deployed a number of times to Iraq and Afghanistan, where she gained first-hand experience applying the Laws of Armed Conflict in the course of direct conflict with insurgent and other non-state actors.
